A DIG-A-CRUSHER bucket crusher produces the lowest cost per tonne processing on site. High transport and disposal costs make the DIG-A-CRUSHER the most cost efficient jaw crusher for processing materials.
Now you can undertake jobs that previously proved uneconomical by using this compact high performance machine. DIG-A-CRUSHER bucket crushers are available in three sizes (700mm x 500mm, 900mm x 450mm, 1200mm x 450mm).

Whatever fits into the bucket will be crushed. As simple as that. Kerbstones, bricks, blocks, reinforced concrete posts all get crushed without the slightest hint of indigestion. Reinforced bars get stripped, not tangled.

Unlike larger crushers, the DIG-A-CRUSHER bucket crusher can be tipped upside down should a blockage occur reducing down-time.

The S Series (Screening) Bucket is the perfect machine to screen and mix awkward, wet or sticky materials. The unique narrow bucket design with its straight sides and round blades reduce the risk of clogging to an absolute minimum. The blade design means oversize objects are repelled rather than crushed, which prevents excess wear, whilst maximising material screening.

The S and SH Series screening buckets are available with interchangeable blades (either 10 or 16mm) which can also be spaced to suit the finished product and application.
The three ranges have three models: the 700, suitable for 16-21 tonne excavators; the 900 which fits 21-28 tonne machines; and the 1200 suitable for 30 tonne+ excavators. The S series has two additional models, the 600 for 10-16 tonne excavators and the 600SL (Lite) for 10-14 tonne excavators.

The R Series (Rotating) Screening Bucket is a rotating trommel type screening drum that can accurately screen material from 75mm to 6mm. The R series enables fast and simple screening, separating, washing and mixing of materials, in one continuous motion. It is the perfect attachment for excavators employed in the recycling, groundworks, quarrying, land reclamation and landscaping industries.

The V Series (Vibrating) Screening Bucket is the ultimate riddle bucket, perfect for loading concrete crushers, backfilling trenches and segregating demolition waste prior to processing and recycling. Two individual framed bar gratings are connected to an eccentric cam shaft powered by an hydraulic motor - the reciprocating motion produced easily segregates fines from over-sized waste material.
