Description :  
 The Pickmaster range of static picking stations are the ultimate for operator comfort, security and operational efficiency.

The SPS range from SPS6 to SPS24 single lines.

The TSPS range from TSPS12 to TSPS24 twin picking lines designed for maximum efficiency and 24 operatives with 2no blowers, 4no overband magnets, and heavy duty variable speed motors.

All Pickmaster Picking Stations come as standard with:

  • Heavy duty welded construction
  • Variable speed electric or hydraulic motors
  • Walkways and access steps to picking areas
  • Insulated cladding on walls and roof
  • Double glazed windows & doors
  • Heavy duty incline conveyor
  • 3.5m high and 3.2m wide bays for 40 yard skip clearance

All picking stations are guarded to BS:7300 and CE marked.
Options Include :  
Air density separation system including blower and air knife and cage collection area
Heavy duty magnetic separation system including overband magnet and support frame and alloy section
Steel & mesh formed access gates to bays and 5mm plate sheets around bays
Up to 2000mm wide picking belts
Heaters & Lights
Rubber lining & operator protection on discharge chutes
