After a tour of the facility, demonstration area, and current installations by John Craig and Frank Hill, they were taken to the sites of a few clients including QTS Group and R J McLeod to show the use of Engcon tiltrotators in the Scottish market.

At the R J McLeod site at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, they spoke to R J McLeod operator Neil Paterson who commented to them that
“the use of the tiltrotator on his excavator was becoming not just useful but essential in the operations of the company, and particularly on
the current site which had several access & operational limitations and which were overcome by the use of the tiltrotator. John (Craig) was an overwhelming support not only in the selection of the correct tiltrotator and its installation, but also on the back-up service since they were purchased.”
